Ingeniero en Sistemas de Información y Analista Universitario de Sistemas (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Facultad Regional de Buenos Aires).

Comenzó su carrera como Trainee en el Settlement Study Center en Rehovot, Israel donde manejó la biblioteca del centro y colaboró en la publicación de un artículo sobre Asentamientos Rurales en países subdesarrollados.

En Argentina, ingresó en Organización Veraz S.A., donde desarrolló diversas aplicaciones de back-end y de intercambio de información con entidades financieras y Banco Central de la Republica Argentina.

Participó del desarrollo del primer sistema de Credit Bureau de la Argentina. Dictó cursos, capacitaciones y presentaciones en las entidades participantes.

Como Data Base Architect formó parte del equipo que durante el año 2000 realizó la reingeniería de todos los procesos y la migración a entorno Oracle.

Desde 2000 se desempeña en CertiSur S.A., donde como Líder de Proyectos, coordinó la implantación de soluciones en distintos países de Latinoamérica (Chile, Venezuela, El Salvador, Bolivia) tanto en instituciones privadas como de Gobierno.

Ha dictado conferencias en GIBBA (Grupo de Informática Biomédica de Buenos Aires) y en IIR (Institute for Internacional Research) sobre Seguridad y Firma Digital.

Actualmente está a cargo de la Gerencia de Proyectos de CertiSur manejando implementación de soluciones de PKI, integración de firma digital, autenticación y uso de dispositivos criptográficos en el área financiera.

Engineer with a specialization in Information Systems and has a university degree in System Analysis (National Technological University, Buenos Aires).

He started his career as a Trainee at the Settlement Study Centre in Rehovot, Israel where he was in charge of the library of the centre and collaborated in publishing an Article on Rural Settlements in developing countries.

In Argentina, he was summoned by Organización Veraz S.A. where he developed diverse applications of back-end and information exchange within financial entities and the Central Bank in Argentina.

He was part of the project team that developed the very first Credit Bureau System in Argentina. He lectured, trained and offered different presentations at the participant entities.

As Data Base Architect was part of the team that re-structured the processes of Oracle in 2000.

As well, and also since 2000, he has been working for CertiSur, where as Project Leader he coordinated the implantation of different solutions in Latin American countries (Chile, Venezuela, El Salvador, Bolivia) in private and public institutions.

He offered different lectures on Digital Signature and Security at GIBBA (Bio-medical Informatics Group in Buenos Aires) and at IIR (Institute for International Research).

He is currently CertiSur Project Manager in charge of the implementation of PKI solutions, digital signature integration, authentication and use of cryptographic devices in the financial area.
